We recommend replacing your silicone seals when you notice any signs of wear and tear, or if the cup starts to leak. Regular inspection helps maintain optimal performance.

Q: How should I clean the silicone seals? 

The silicone seals are dishwasher-safe (top rack only). You can also hand wash them with warm soapy water. Make sure to dry them thoroughly before reassembling the cup.

Q: Which Twistshake cups are these seals compatible with? 

These silicone seals are specifically designed for our Mini Cup, Crawler Cup, and Kid Cup. They ensure a perfect, leak-proof fit for these models.

Q: How do I properly insert the seal into the cup? 

Place the seal securely around the rim of the cup lid, ensuring it sits evenly all the way around. When properly inserted, there should be no gaps or wrinkles in the seal.
