Shipping policy

Delivery Policy

  1. All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Your orders are authenticated and approved by a member of our team. Once the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be passed on for delivery.

  1. Delivery will then be carried out within 3 working days (72hrs) from receipt of the confirmation email, bar any circumstance beyond our control.

  1. In order to ensure the successful delivery, it is important that the Client ensures that all delivery details provided to the Company are correct. 

  2. Deliveries will be made exclusively to the ground floor level. 

    1. Provided that if no access is available at the designated location, except access by foot, then the Client is to provide the Company with a designated drop off point which the Company will be able to reach by car. The Company shall be solely responsible of delivering orders at the aforementioned designated drop off point. 

Local Delivery:

  1. Free local delivery is available on all orders over €30 across Malta, except formGozo. Please note that deliveries to Valletta are strictly curbside as courier will not be able to park.

  2. Deliveries to Gozo carry a charge of €9.

  3. Orders under €30 are subject to a €5 delivery fee. 

    1. Provided that this delivery fee shall be due to the Company over and above the aforementioned fee of €9 applicable to deliveries to Gozo. 

International Shipping:

  1. Our Company currently offers international shipping on a quotation basis. 

    1. Provided that the Company is unable to ship certain brands to the USA. 

  1. Should you wish to enquire about a quote for international shipping, simply drop us a message on our Facebook/Instagram page or email us on info@myfavouritethingsshop.com. Kindly provide us with the list of items you would like to have shipped as well as the shipping address and a quote including the shipping fee will be provided to you accordingly.

  1. Kindly note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Company shall not be responsible for these charges if they are applied, and you acknowledge that such charges are your sole responsibility as the customer.

In-Store Pickup

  1. If the Client would like to pick up his order directly from our store in Naxxar, simply select the Pick-up option at checkout. The Client will receive a notification email once the Client’s order is ready for collection. The Client is to have the order number at hand when collecting your items.

  2. When choosing the “Pick-up option” at checkout, the Client must also choose whether they would like to immediately effect payment online or else to pay upon pick-up.
