Gift cards are delivered by email (after being processed by a member of our team) and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Kindly note that any message left in the notes on your order will not appear on the gift card

In the case of online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from when the purchased item is delivered. (not applicable to you in the case of in-store purchases).

All items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with intact and untarnished packaging and with intact tags. Furthermore, the item must be in unused condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days from when the purchased item is delivered.  

A valid receipt, proof of purchase, order number, or a gift receipt must be presented.
