“Sometimes, the story we tell our children is the one we need to hear too.”

Great Ideas Start Somewhere speaks to the heart of how children can bring their own dreams to life. It’s not just a story; it’s an invitation for kids to believe in their ideas, take action, and see the magic that can happen when creativity and determination come together.

REBEKAH KAMSKY (AUTHOR)

Rebekah Kamsky is a mum of two boys, a creative with too many ideas, and an entrepreneur who knows that sometimes the hardest part is just getting started. After years of juggling a constant flow of creative projects, she realised that ideas, no matter how big or small, should never just sit around, they deserve to be brought to life.

Great Ideas Start Somewhere stems from Rebekah's own entrepreneurial journey, created to inspire children to believe in their ideas and take action. When she's not writing, chasing after her boys, or capturing moments through photography, Rebekah runs her business, Little Isle Studio, where she helps others turn their creative dreams into reality, always believing that every idea holds the potential to grow into something extraordinary.

IRINA DRAZHINA (ILLUSTRATOR)

Irina Drazhina is an illustrator from Krakow, Poland, with an architectural background that fuels her love for composition and simple forms in her artwork. She is fascinated by health, space, the underwater world, and human interaction, and strives to convey these themes in her illustrations. Outside of her art, she focuses on her health through meditation, yoga, and regular workouts. She also plays the piano and ukulele, activities that inspire her creativity.
