Laces: Cotton
Packaging: 100% recycled and recyclable boxes

All Jutelaune's shoes are manufactured by artisans in Spain. Leather manufacturers are members of the Leather Working Group, which seeks to improve the leather manufacturing industry by creating alignment on environmental priorities, bringing visibility to best practices and providing suggested guidelines for continual improvement.

For each pair Jutelaune sells, they will plant one tree to reforest our planet in collaboration with Tree Nation.

In the case of online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from when the purchased item is delivered. (not applicable to you in the case of in-store purchases).

All items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with intact and untarnished packaging and with intact tags. Furthermore, the item must be in unused condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days from when the purchased item is delivered.  

A valid receipt, proof of purchase, order number, or a gift receipt must be presented.
